The General Directorate of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police organized a workshop on job performance evaluation system at the Holiday Inn Hotel with participation of 130 police officers of different departments.

The workshop, continues until December 1, aims to prepare the participants to oversee   the evaluation process and provide them with all the developments regarding the system, thereby enhance their efficiency.

These developments include use of methods ensuring that an employee conducts self performance evaluation. Message service and PIN code have been created for each employee.
The lecturers from Abu Dhabi Police Performance Appraisal Department addressed the concept of evaluation system, role of employees, their job and personal objectives, capabilities, and tasks. Grievance mechanism on performance appraisal results has also been addressed.

Abu Dhabi Police utilizes modern technologies to interact with its personnel. Through the mobile, employees receive SMS informing them about the evaluation result. They can send back a message containing their opinion about such a result.
