Abu Dhabi Civil Defense teams extinguished a fire on a yacht at Al Marina Brakewater in Abu Dhabi city, without causing any casualties.
Lt. Col. Ibrahim Jalal Al Balushi, Director of The Centers department at the General Directorate of Civil Defense Abu Dhabi, explained that a team of civil defense moved to the site of the fire in the yacht near the shopping center, and arrived at the scene of the accident quickly in response after receiving a report this afternoon that a fire broke out on a yacht, stressing that the fire did not result in any human injuries and limited the losses to the yacht, and the competent authorities are working to find out the causes of the fire.
Al-Balushi called on the owners of yachts moored on the banks of ports, to abide by the conditions and standards of public safety, and to take advantage of the advice and guidance of the civil defense in this regard, to avoid accidents in all forms, in order to maintain the public safety that the competent police teams work to strengthen in individuals and institutions.
