Traffic police hand signals is a voiceless language
Hand signals made by traffic police men are almost well not to all societies, no matter to what extent they are civilized. According to Lt. Colonel Mohammad Dhahi, Head of Traffic Control Section at ADP Traffic and Patrols Department that the hand signals given by traffic police at junctions prevail over traffic rules and traffic signals even they are in good working condition.
According to Traffic Expert Mr. Amjad Mohammad Al Ameen, hand signals are basic skills which every traffic police man should have. Hand signals consist of six basic movements, he added.
