Ramadan timings for Naturalization and Residency Directorates have been set

 

The Ministry of Interior has set working hours at the General Directorates of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and the Departments of Naturalization across the country from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, at all service centers to speed up transactions of clients during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Major General Nasser Al Awadhi Al Minhali, MoI Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs has announced that working teams have been formed to process transactions of the public and promote services standards.

Al Minhali has congratulated the country's Higher Leadership on the advent of Ramadan, affirming that the Directorates of Residency and Foreigners Affairs across the country will continue rendering their distinguished services to ease procedures for the public. He appreciated the efforts of Directorates employees and their response to the new instructions.

In the same context the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs has announced its preparedness to receive the Holy Month and process the public transactions easily and efficiently.

Colonel Ibrahim Ali Al Sarkal, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi said "The Directorate is keen to implement the directives of police Leadership, in terms of rendering best services at all Departments in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region".

Colonel Yusuf Ahmed Al Zaabi, Acting Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah, said "The Directorate will organize a number of activities during Ramadan the thing that reflects its compliance with community service standards and to achieve community partnership principle".

Colonel Mohammad Saeed Mohammad bin Khatim, Acting Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Fujairah said "The Directorate spares no effort to employ all its capabilities to deliver distinguished services to the public during the month of Ramadan, in response to police higher leadership directives".
