MoI staff members to own apartments at Bawabat Al Sharq project
According to an initiative launched by the Ministry of Interior, staff members are able to own apartments at Bawabat Al Sharq project which obtained the prize of the best integrated project in the Middle East and Africa.
Major General Khamis Saif bin Suwaif, director general of Criminal Security at the Ministry of Interior has opened Monday morning the real states exhibition which is currently organized in collaboration with Bani Yas Investment & Development Company (BID), from 9 till 12 May at the Abu Dhabi - based Police Officers Club.
Bani Yas Investment & Development Company (BID) organizes an exclusive real states exhibition for the employees of the Ministry of interior, showcasing the second phase apartments of the project.
The initiative was launched as per the directives of our police leadership and comes as embodiment of the strategy of the ministry which takes great interest in human element”, said Colonel Mohammed Ali Al Marzouqi, acting director general of finance and support services at the ministry of interior.
Ministry of Interior continued to find and create new partnerships with various governments, semi government and private sector institutions, believing in the important role these institutions are playing in the service of members of the public in general and police personnel in particular”, added Al Marzouqi.
This a good opportunity for the ministry’s personnel of various ranks and categories to own a property of their own after fixed period of time and through easy payment plans”, affirmed Al Marzouqi.
Supporting the Ministry’s future vision and tireless efforts to encourage investment, Bani Yas Investment & Development Company has organized this real states exhibition during which exclusive and unprecedented offers will be presented to the ministry’s employees to possess a property, said Wail Al Taweel, CEO of the company in a speech delivered on his behalf by Wail Al Ashri, Deputy Chairman of the company.
Bawabat Al Sharq project is AED 3 billion cost, extending over 108 hectares of land and located at Bani Yass area. It includes modern residential units, leisure and sport facilities and retail offerings. In addition to apartments and villas, the project also includes health care facilities, a state-of-the-art International FIFA standard Sporting Stadium with a seating capacity of 20.000 and a shopping mall which will include high retail outlets, and traditional souq of Al Meqnas.
Present at the opening ceremony were Colonel Mohammed Ali Al Marzouqi, acting director general of finance and support services at the ministry of interior, Colonel Abdullah Jumaa, director of procurement and warehouses department, Wail Al Shari Deputy Chairman of BID and a number of police officers and company officials.
