Al Harthi selected="true" unanimously chairman of the Board of Directors for Saaed Company 

 

Saaed Traffic Accidents Reduction Society has approved the seven members of its Board of Directors unanimously during the session of the General Assembly chaired by Colonel (Engineer) Hussain Ahmed Al Harthi. 75% of the total founder members, legal quorum, were present during the meeting, with the presence of the Ministry of Social Affairs Representative.  The Assembly ratified the Working Teams within 11 Committees.

The Society Board of Directors Appointments are:  

Hussain Ahmed Al Harthi:                 Chairman

Mohammad Ahmed bin Sulayim:       Deputy Chairman

Ali Salim Al Qaishi:                            Secretary

Yusuf Issa Al Rifai:                            Treasurer

Saeed Mohammad Al Miqbali:           Member

Salah Obeid Al Ghoul:                       Member

Obeid Khalifa Al Jabir:                       Member

Maryam Mohammad Al Ahmadi has been assigned the task of Executive Manager at the Society. But she has to manage the daily works of the Society within the framework of instructions stipulated in the Internal Regulations, and to supervise the progress of committees work.

The Society Board of Directors (SBD) has urged institutions, different sectors and philanthropists to support the Society to enable it to enhance safety efforts and to solve traffic problems for the public interest of the community.

Committee for Dissemination of Traffic Culture

Committee for Driver's Rights and Duties

Committee for Studies and scientific Research to reduce traffic accidents

Committee for Accidents Victims Follow up

Committee for receiving the Public Complaints

Committee for Laws

Committee for Traffic Needs of disabled="disabled" Persons

Committee for Adoption and Implementation of Scientific Ideas

The Board of Directors has decided to specify the tasks and duties of each committee and nomination for chairmanship of committees in order to be approved by the SBD during the next meeting.
