ADP meets secondary school certificate toppers
ADP Directorate General of Human Resources has intensified its meetings with national secondary school graduates in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region, with a view to expand investment base in national human elements and to attract distinguished secondary school graduates to join police force and to send them to distinguished academic institutions for university study.
The delegation comprises Colonel Obeid Salim Ba Lhabala Al Kitbi, Director of Selection and Recruitment at ADP (Head of the delegation), Lt. Colonel Mohammad Saeed Al Kaabi, Head of Transfers and Service Termination Section, Major Manei Al Zaabi, Head of Attraction Section, 1st Sergeant Saeed Al Khatri and Corporal, Khalid Al Nahdi (Members), has held an open meeting with brilliant students who have obtained 85% and above in the first semester of this year, at Al Itihad model School in Abu Dhabi. The delegation was received by school Director and a number of teaching staff.
“ADP works always to develop concepts, introduce advanced systems and provide human cadres with modern scientific curricula to allow them to join the best local and foreign universities and colleges. This is in order to ensure prosperous future and to enhance nationalization policy. This opportunity is available for all UAE nationals who get 85% and above”, said Al Kitbi.
“Meeting with students is a good opportunity to explain offers of joining police force and other privileges that allow them to continue their studies at well known academic institutions. Police Leadership pays great attention to tops of General Secondary School graduates in both scientific and literary categories. It urges them to continue their success and hard work in their studies as they are the men of the future. We acquaint them with available opportunities at government agencies to select from them what allow them to serve their nation”, added Al Kitbi.

ADP give the chance to continue post-graduate studies according to ADP requirements. At the end of the meeting gifts and publications have been distributed to students.
The delegation has also met with the students of Al Nahyania Model School at Al Ain to acquaint them with the same ADP offers for interested students. In the same context a delegation Headed by Lt. Colonel Mohammad Saeed Al Kaabi, Head of Transfers Section has visited Al Nawawi Secondary School at the Western Region. The delegation was received by the school director and a number of teaching staff.
Al Kaabi explained in details the nature of police work and study fields and opportunity in offer for interested students. Gifts and publications were distributed to students at the end of the meeting.
