The Committee tasked with the activation of the second phase of the Ministry of Interior's new organizational structure discussed the completion of the final procedures to activate the new organizational structure of the General Headquarters of Ajman Police, in a meeting chaired by Major General Khalil Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and services at Abu Dhabi Police, Chairman of the Committee, at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
General Badran praised the great efforts made by the Task Force at the General Headquarters of Ajman Police to activate the new organizational structure, stressing the desire of the Committee to implement the directives of Lieutenant General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and the need to intensify efforts to carry out and complete the entire stages of the organizational structure.
He underlined the importance of defining job description and its role in determining the number and grades of jobs, the duties and functions of such jobs, the scope of supervision and responsibility, relationships and communication between the administrative levels, and career path for officers and personnel.
The General Headquarters of Ajman Police extended sincere thanks and appreciation to Major General Khalil Dawood Badran, Chairman of the committee and to the members of the Committee on their sincere and constructive efforts in order to activate the organizational structure of the General Headquarters of Ajman Police.
Brigadier Ali Abdullah Olwan, Commander in-Chief of Ajman Police stressed the importance of the new organizational structure in upgrading police work in all areas, and strengthening security and stability enjoyed by our society.
It is worth mentioning that job structuring contributes to minimizing supervision, improving the effectiveness of achievement and efficiency of use, clarifying objectives, functions and powers, promoting quality of administrative decisions, and improving organizational relationships and other strategic effective objectives.
