The General Department of Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior honored on Monday, 21 of its members, winners and participants in the Minister of Interior’s Excellence Award, in the Director-General’s category, in recognition of their win and participation. The honoring ceremony was held at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
Brigadier General Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director General of Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police stated that by winning the Award, the honored members prove that they are advancing steadily on the path to success, emphasizing that the participation is a positive step, even if not all participants managed to win.
Al Dhaheri added that all participants left significant marks in their respective fields; stressing that the upcoming years will witness considerable further participations. Moreover, he noted that these wins represent the result of acquired experiences over the years, which contributed to the honorable results achieved by the winners.
He expressed his thanks and appreciation to the winners and participants, adding that those who haven’t completed the award’s requirements during this year, will definitely be winners in the upcoming years, due to the expertise they accumulated in the different areas of their work.
Al Dhaheri urged the winners to develop themselves and the mechanisms of work, pointing out that the award will witness strong competition in coming years, as everyone became well acquainted with the competition’s well advanced mechanisms; in light of the opportunities to improve the tools and mechanisms of job performance.
Among the winners, from the Security Media Department, First Lieutenant Hamdan Al Dari obtained the Best Specialized Officer Award, while administrative Hoda Salem Baslib, obtained the “Best Administrative Employee” Award.
At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier General Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri presented the certificates and prizes to the winners and participants.
