Community Policing in Al Ain to partner with Indian Community Club
Major Ayedh Mufrih Al Ahbabi, Deputy Director of the City Police Station at Al Ain Police Directorate discussed with Mr. Nareesh Surry, Chairman of the Indian Community Club in Al Ain, how to enhance and strengthen cooperation and partnership with communities in general and Indian Community in particular. The meeting was attended by Community Policing Officers, Police Station Staff and some external partners.
According to 1st Lt. Saif Al Jabri, Director of Community Policing Affairs Branch at Al Ain this meeting would be a beginning of a series of meetings with different foreign communities in the future. Chairman of the Club has stated that a working party will be formed to activate and boost communication. Then the present have agreed to hold periodical meetings with the Indian Club Management to exchange views and suggestions.
