Capital police to intensify patrolling in residential areas

Police patrolling in residential areas to be intensified in the capital for assuring better safety and security of the communities and their belongings said Brigadier Omeir Mohammed Al Meheri, the Director General of Capital police.

He advised the residents to take particular precautions to safe guard their properties especially when they are proceeding to their vacation. They must make sure that their house has been locked properly and ask their friends to have a watch on their premises for any suspected activities by miscreants. The vehicles also to be parked at safe places and incase of long absence police can also be informed about it.

The police will be vigilant round the clock and is duty bound to provide total security for all the residents he added.
