Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior toured the activities and pavilions of the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2013) Sunday morning.
His Highness visited the Tawazun Holding’s pavilion, and reviewed its NIMR Automotive. His Highness was also briefed on the car’s features, capabilities, and technologies. The tour covered the pavilion of Boeing, the international aerospace company. His Highness was briefed on the F15 training program.
Additionally, the tour included the Mobile Hospitals Designers & Developers India Pvt. Ltd, SIG SAUER USA, as well as the American Pavilion.
His Highness was briefed by the company’s representatives on their exhibits and their latest products within military industry.
Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed the importance and the position of IDEX within the international exhibition landscape with exhibitors, as it has achieved a distinguished status among international companies concerned with the defense field.
Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior; Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support Services; and a number of high ranked police officers accompanied His Highness Minister of Interior in his tour.
