This, in turn, aims to improve performance and simplify procedures, so as to enhance the quality of the services provided by the various Ministry units. It also is in keeping with the goal of implementing the e-government’s concept and shifting the MOI’s services to e-pattern, so as to embody the federal e-Government strategic plan (2012-2014).
Moreover, Major General Al Raisi gave a detailed overview of the package of 30 subsidiary and complementary services launched by the e-government, namely; services related to the Civil Defense in the area of issuing licenses to trading companies and expertise houses; security and safety measures for vehicles; in addition to announcing e-payment services for traffic violations and licensing.
