Brigadier General Fares Khalifa Al Farisi, Director General of Guards and Special Tasks at Abu Dhabi Police and Chairman of Hemaya for Security Services, honored a number of distinguished employees from Hemaya. The honoring ceremony was held at the Brigadier General’s office, and was attended by Lieutenant General Colonel Hamdan Al Shehhi, CEO of Hemaya for Security Services.
Al Farisi praised the efficiency of the honored employees, highlighting their outstanding efforts in carrying out their duties, as well as their dedication, determination and commitment to their functional obligations. He pointed out that such recognition is an incentive to encourage their colleagues to excel and give their best while carrying out the duties entrusted to them.
He explained that Hemaya for Security Services works as part of the privatization services group and has an effective performance system. It is the first national Emirati Company, affiliated to the Ministry of Interior, that aims at establishing a more secure and stable community, by providing high-quality security services to all community members and different nationalities, as well as world-class security and safety standards to all public and private facilities. Hemaya also contributes in developing the concept of leading protection thanks to its advanced methods.
He further added that Hemaya is governed by world-class standards in corporate quality performance, as its provides its guards who hold police certificates with advanced training in their areas of specialization, where all its personnel are well-trained and highly capable of warding off any danger or handling any emergency. Its personnel also receive, throughout their qualification, training for firefighting and evacuation operations and learn how to efficiently deal with specialized security fields.
Brigadier General Fares Khalifa Al Farisi reaffirmed that the objectives of Hemaya for Security Services are providing viable, effective security solutions by adopting world-class security standards and following a local vision, as well as creating special job opportunities for Emiratis.
