At the Police Officers Club in Abu Dhabi, 12 personnel from the Special Tasks Department have successfully completed a training course on kickboxing.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Colonel Aref Saif Al Shamesi, director of Clubs and Sport Activities Department, and Lt. Colonel Salman Al Qahtani, head of the Support Services at the Special Tasks Department.
“Police work requires high physical fitness and various sport skills so that police personnel become able to carry out his/her duties properly”, said Colonel Al Shamesi.
