In collaboration with Khadamati LLC, the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department of Abu Dhabi Police launched its new office at the Universal Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi, to provide easy access to its services by the public.

Colonel Suhail Al Khaili, Head of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department indicated that the services provided at its Universal office include vehicles registration, license renewal, vehicle registration transfer, vehicles export; lost and damaged driving licenses replacement, as well as all driving license-related procedures. “This new procedure adopted by the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department to provide such services within companies, comes in line with the Abu Dhabi Government’s vision, to deliver services to citizens and residents wherever they are,” he noted.

Moreover, Al Khaili emphasized that the Universal Group of Companies’ office provides high-quality services to ensure rapid and accurate completion of all transactions. He pointed out that the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department plans to establish similar offices in the coming period, to keep pace with the growing demand for the Department’s services.

Al Khaili encouraged other companies to establish such offices to leverage the services provided by the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department; to save time and effort, and ensure rapid completion of transactions without the hassle of visiting the Department or any of its branches across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

For his part, Mohamed Shabeeb Al Dhaheri, CEO of the Universal Group of Companies, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Abu Dhabi Police, for its kind initiative to open an office at the company. He emphasized that this step contributes to develop services in general, and will help the group’s staff accomplish their licensing transactions in a short period of time.

Concluding, he noted that such initiatives enhance partnership between all sectors of society and Abu Dhabi Police, which made several achievements in the services it provides to community members. Moreover, he pointed out that accessing licensing services electronically saves time and effort for both individuals and businesses.
