A delegation from the Ministry of Culture and Community Development visited the Committees Department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and was received by Director of Strategy and Performance Development, Colonel Mohamed Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, in presence of Lt Colonel Hamad Abdurrahman Al Nuaimi, acting director of the Committees Department and Major Hamdan Siyah.
The visit embodies the ministry of interior keenness on exchanging knowledge and promoting partnerships with federal ministries and local institutions, for the fulfillment of the vision and aspirations of the Ministry of Interior.
The delegation was briefed about the experience of the committees department, its work mechanisms and applicable methodologies.
A presentation featuring the journey of the ministry of interior in obtaining 13 award of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme (SKGEP) has been delivered during the visit. The presentation has addressed many topics including the new organizational structure of the ministry of interior and the efforts made by task forces to implement the international quality standards.
Head of the delegation thanked the taskforce for warm reception and hospitality, and considered obtaining of such a great number of awards in SKGEP a source of pride to all the sons of the nation and a demonstration of the high sense of safety and security which the ministry of interior has managed to disseminate in the society.
