The Federal Police School in Sharjah celebrated the graduation of personnelfrom six specialized courses: the Administrative Inspector and Disciplinary Council Members’Skills Development Course; the 2nd Zero Budgeting Course; the 2nd Police Work Productivity and Performance Enhancing Course; the 15th Handling Prisoners and Detainees Course; 22ndFoundational Relationships Course; and the Human Resources Management Course for Women. The Police Officers Training Institute organized the celebration in cooperation with the Federal Police Training School in Sharjah.
The celebration was attended by Colonel Dr.Jassem Mohamed AlBaker, Deputy Director of the Federal Police School. The goal of the Administrative Inspector and Disciplinary Council Members’ Skills Development Course is to promote the knowledge, capabilities, and skills of participants. The course tackles the methods and tools applied by disciplinary councils. It pertains to developing effective communication skills and working in stressful situations. The course’s program included the implementation of work-related circumstances.
Colonel Dr.AlBaker said that such courses imply an influential value and contribute to developing the Ministry of Interior’s personnel’s skills and potentials. He added that the Federal Police School continues to organize these courses in accordance with the ministries’ directives aspiring towards excellence. Such activities according to Colonel Dr. AlBaker enhance the skills of personnel in different fields and areas.
At the end of the ceremony, top achievers received gifts and certificates from the sponsor of the celebration.
