The Al Ain Police Directorate discussed means to upgrade work processes in Al Murabba Police Station; according to plans, operational mechanisms, initiatives, and strategic priorities, so as to enhance the efforts exerted to strengthen security and safety as per the best modern methods.
Colonel Mohammad Suhail Al Rashidi, Deputy Director of Al Ain Police Directorate, met with Colonel Mohammed Hamad Al Badi, Director of Al Murabba Police Station, and the station’s officers. During his visit, he reviewed the workflow and inspected the administrative affairs, criminal investigation, traffic, search and investigation offices, as well as a number of branches and units affiliated to the Station, and the reception office, which was established to receive customers; and the employees’ accommodation building. Furthermore, Colonel Al Rashisi expressed a number of remarks to promote the smooth workflow of all processes at the Station.
Colonel Al Rashidi stressed the importance of direct and continuous field follow-up, and its role to enhance police performance, and to motivate and encourage employees to achieve quality in the services provided by the Directorate to the public. It also helps to closely identify and assess the functional performance components, in accordance with the strategic plan of the Abu Dhabi police GHQ.
The visit was attended by a number of department heads, directors of branches, officers and Station employees.
