The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi honored Al Dhabyaniah (Abu Dhabi Committee) for women’s affairs at the Directorate, as well as partners, who support the committee, in recognition of their efforts in various events and activities.
Colonel Saeed Salem Al Shamsi, Director General of GDRFA in Abu Dhabi stated that this honoring comes as an incentive and support to the Committee in its efforts to reaffirm women’s role in society. He also expressed his hope that the honoring will compel the Committee to work for further achievements and perseverance.
He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Committee for the efforts and dedication of its members which contributed to its success.
Al Shamsi presented the shield of the Best Distinguished Committee to the Chairwoman of the Committee, Lieutenant Badria Al Fazari, and distributed Certificates of Appreciation to the Committee’s members.
The ceremony was attended by Major Mohammad Saeed Al Amri, Director of Emirates Institute of Naturalization and Residency in Abu Dhabi; Major Talal Sultan Al Ali, Head of Strategy and Performance Development; and Major Mohammed Bakhit Al Menhali, Head of Public Relations and Customer Service, as well as a number of officers.
