The Research and Security Studies Center (RSSC) of Abu Dhabi Police has recently published the fourth issue of the Research and Security Studies Journal.
The Journal aims to disseminate knowledge and to become one of the trustworthy serious and scientific sources in line with the vision of the Ministry of Interior, said Director General of Strategy and Performance Development, Colonel Mohammed Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, who is also the editor-in chief of the Journal.
The fourth issue contains five peer-reviewed researches; security compass and its role in promoting security performance, a field study on the factors influencing the public attitudes towards the police, rights and duties of the public employee in the federal human resource law, history of legislation in the Arab Peninsula, and the organizational culture and its role on change management process, indicated Major Dr. Omar Ibrahim Al Ali, managing editor.
The Research and Security Studies Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific periodical concerned with publishing researches on all security-related scientific domains, after being arbitrated according to the recognized principles in this regard.
