The Abu Dhabi Police GHQ has conducted a 6 Sigma - black belt Training & Certification program which was organized by the Organizational Excellence section at the Strategy and Performance Development Department.
The five-day course included 15 training hours with participation of 15 trainees representing the Capital Police Directorate, CID, Training Department, Medical Services Department and Strategy and Performance Development Department.
Using tools depending on statistics, analysis, brain storming sessions and standard comparison, the program aims to give idea about the best practices in designing and developing the operations, based on the customer’s requirements and opinions, in order to attain the 6 Sigma international levels in service provision.
