Strategic Planning Course for Officers of Abu Dhabi Residency

The Emirates Institute of Naturalization, Residency and Ports organized a strategic planning training course at the Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel. The course, which was attended by a number of officers from the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, falls in line with the Ministry of Interior’s commitment to implement advanced international standards.

The five-day course aims at boosting the officers’ business performance management skills needed to prepare and implement strategic plans and linking these plans to work processes. The course also focused on strategic planning and its valuable role in managing work processes; as well as the means to prepare strategic plans and modern practices enforced in this field.

It is worth mentioning that the course reflects the keenness of the UAE government to ensuring high quality of life for the Emirati community; and embodies the strategy of the Ministry of Interior to provide excellent services that enhance the confidence of the public and increase customer satisfaction, according to the best international standards.
