Abu Dhabi Traffic Department Extends Working Hours to Receive Clients

The Traffic and Patrols Department at Abu Dhabi Police, represented by the Customer Service Center, announces its extended working hours. Clients can now perform their transactions on a daily basis; from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Major Mohammed Salem Al Shehi, Head of the Traffic Control Section, said that all service enquiries about violations with fines and corresponding payments are available at the directorate. Reaching greater efficiency in service is to be achieved by providing services in accordance with best practices and carrying them out within short period of time. By implementing modern management concepts and ideas across various administrative and service operations at Abu Dhabi Police, transactions can become more efficient. He called on clients to communicate using the toll-free number (600 577 777) for enquiring about transactions.

The Customer Service Center has 14 counters. It adopts the comprehensive employee system to provide an integrated and fast service saving both time and effort. The center provides special services for women, persons with special needs, and elderly people. The center also has ATMs available for use by clientele.
