The Victim Affairs Office of the Crisis and Disaster Management Department at the Directorate General of Central Operations of Abu Dhabi Police organized a training course for 19 policemen of the Abu Dhabi Police Staff. The training course aimed to introduce trainees of the mechanisms adopted in identifying victims of disasters and mass injuries.
Organized at the Call Center of the Victim Affairs Office in Abu Dhabi; the course covered topics on how to receive inquiries and reports of the victims’ families; and collect information through a technical program that explains how to register the reports of lost individuals, evacuated individuals and deseeded victims. This is accomplished by following instructions and the global protocol adopted by the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).
