The General Directorate of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior reviewed the new electronic partnerships management system, during a specialized workshop held at the General Directorate of Electronics and Telecommunications. The workshop was attended by a number of senior officers, constables and civilians.
Major Saeed Saleh Al Junaibi, Head of the Partnership Section, underlined the importance of spreading a culture of partnership amongst the ministry’s staff members. “The ministry endeavors constantly to reinforce communication with partners, in a bid to identify their needs, as well as their current and future expectations. It also seeks to exchange opinions and ideas and knowledge with partners. This approach reflects the level of communicative cohesion between the ministry and its partners,” noted Major Al Junaibi.
Major Al Junaibi gave an overview of the newly developed partnerships management e-system. He said: “The new e-system will support the ministry’s transition towards e-transformation of all of its administrative operations and processes. This would ensure access to accurate data and continuous documentation of the partnerships outcomes.” Moreover, Major Al Junaibi tackled the latest developments in the revised partnerships working directory, which aims to improve the partnership process in the various sectors affiliated to the ministry.
Participants at the workshop discussed the challenges related to the implementation of the partnerships and models guide. They also submitted proposals that would boost the efforts to develop and improve partnerships, strengthen relations, and establish communication between the Ministry of Interior and its partners.
