In a meeting held in his office Sunday morning, Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior, met with Christer Viktorsson, Director General of the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and coordination and the exchange of information and expertise between the Ministry of Interior and the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation.
The meeting was attended by the Ministry’s representative, Lt. Colonel Ahmed Saeed Al Mazroui, Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Interior. The FANR delegation included Mohammed Sultan Al Zaabi, Deputy Director General of Administrative Affairs; Mr. Rashid Al Falahi, Acting Director of Government Affairs; Eng. Ahmed Al Zaabi, Head of Radioactive Sources Security; and Mrs. Munira Al Kutab, Senior Communications Advisor.
